I was going to be a new patient there and had my first appointment scheduled for 11:15 AM. I arrived at 11:05 AM to allow for time to fill out paperwork. The receptionist at the front was incredibly rude and basically threw the paperwork at me and told me I should have been there TWENTY minutes early and now I was going to set them behind (her words!)
After my hour and a half wait in the front waiting room, I asked for my copay back and left. Thankfully during this time period grumpy receptionist took lunch so I didn't have to interract with her again.
The waiting room was packed and it was obvious it was NOT going to be ME that set them behind. But, I still sped through the paperwork and returned it to the grumpy receptionist within five minutes. I waited for over an HOUR AND A HALF and was never called back.
AVOID this office at all costs!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND HOUR AND HALF OF WAITING IN FRONT WAITING ROOM!!!
ANYWAY THE BOTTOM LINE IS UNLESS YOU LIKE VERBAL ABUSE AND WAITING HOURS IN A FRONT OFFICE----AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
The receptionist didn't even glance my way or make an attempt to tell me what was going on. I did watch her mistreat most of the other patients during this time. There was one point where all the patients in the office exchanged confused glances with eachother after she became especially rude with another patient.
